DentalPracticeManager includes an Appointment book, which is a fast and intuitive diary allowing you to view and schedule
appointments, reschedule appointments to available slots, schedule events and manage the status of each appointment.
By just scrolling over the patient, details of the appointment including medical alerts and other appointment notes can be viewed.
To change the appointment status, time, duration or to send a reminder to the patient just right click and select one of the options.
To view a day book for a dentist just click on the appropriate day on the calendar. The colour coded system will let you see key
information at a glance, eg. which patients have attended or confirmed appointments.
You can even view a history of the patient to track previous non-attendance.
Finding an existing patient could not be easier with comprehensive searching on over 15 fields. Built in intelligence means that even if
you have mis-spelt the name you will find it.
The simple design and layout gives you easy access to the other modules in the package.
